How do we choose joy when life gets challenging, scary, or overwhelming? How do we cultivate an attitude of self-care, when life demands so much of us? How do we lead a mission-driven life, to balance the healing of the world with our own need for wellbeing? This four-week class will offer practical, actionable wisdom and effective practices curated from Aliza’s 27 years of study and practice with master teachers. Aliza is a trauma-informed mindfulness meditation teacher trained by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Free or by donation.

Online Yoga Classes

About Class Donations

All classes are by donation, and 100% of the proceeds of donations go to a monthly charity.
